Three tastefully furnished air conditioned bedrooms are available for you and your guests to catch up on well deserved sleep;

The Master Bedroom comes complete with a private bath equipped with a double shower, double sinks and a Jacuzzi with overhead glass skylight for a little monkey watching.

The Guest Bedroom also has a private toilet and shower with ocean views and has its own private outdoor terrace for afternoon siestas.

The  Upstairs Penthouse Bedroom has a matching pair of front and back balcony terraces and features a breathtaking panoramic view of the incredible Costa Rican coast.

All of the bedrooms have ocean views so you won't forget where you are!

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped, brand new European kitchen. The kitchen is at your disposal with top quality stainless steel appliances and top notch fixtures. If you are feeling the need for a little pampering, ask about having a private chef take care of your culinary needs. We'd be more than happy to work something out for you.

But of course a grocery store is located just a few minutes away along with a bevy of marvelous restaurants serving all kinds of delicious international cuisine.

Finally, you can dine like an emperor with your travel mates either in the dining room overlooking the ocean or out by the pool on the terrace.

In the main living area, you'll find a lounge with an indoor jacuzzi/pool for you and your guests to have a few drinks and share some laughs. If you're up to it, swim under the glass and you'll find yourself outside in the first of two outdoor connecting pools. The second pool has just recently completed. Not just any old pool, this new construction is a 35 foot circumference extravaganza with an infinity edge facing the ocean and mood lighting. Wait, that's not all! Without a doubt an over the top pool is incomplete without an underwater sound system so take a little dip and rock out while you're down there!

We've also set you up with a fully equipped outdoor deck and terrace to kill some lazy afternoons and catch some rays. Don't forget that both the guest bedroom and the upstairs penthouse bedroom both have private terraces so there are no shortages of places to have a little privacy in a group environment. Maybe you can even spend a week with your in-laws here! Well, maybe not ;)

The last thing that you want to do on vacation is any kind of work and we understand that very well so we'll set you up with cleaning and maintenance staff to take care of keeping the place in order. Additionally, should you find yourself short on clean clothing, you'll find a washer and dryer behind the house if you care to use it.

Ask about private catering, tours, surfing excursions, diving, snorkeling and anything else that you might need. You will find that our staff will go out of their way to make your stay as amazing as possible.
